Tasty and gorgeous, there’s no limit to how much you can drink!
Pomegranate Sparkling Mocktail
Fizzing with Christmas spirit, this slightly tart but refreshing drink is only 266 calories a glass!. If you want to avoid excess weight gain over this festive period, the most effective thing you can do is cut out alcohol.
So whip up these super easy and delicious treats, and you can enjoy guilt-free drinking with your friends!
What You’ll Need:
- 32 oz 100% pomegranate juice
- 2 cups sugar, or 1 cup Domino Blend, or 3-4 tablespoons Stevia, half the calories of sugar, zero calories
- 2 8 oz cans sparkling water, Lime LaCroix, Orange, and Cran-Raspberry are great too
- Eight candy canes, sugar-free is optional
- ice
(Remember, cooking is about experimenting, so don’t feel pressure to use certain flavours or brands… mix it up as much as you’d like!)
Let’s Do It!
Grenadine:
- In a saucepan, bring pomegranate juice to boil. Reduce heat and simmer until liquid is reduced by half, about 15 – 20 minutes. Add sugar/natural sweetener and stir until completely dissolved.
- Pour into a sealable container and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled (will last several weeks in the fridge).
Sparkling Mocktail:
- Combine ½ cup flavoured water with 1 ½ – 2 tablespoons grenadine to taste.
- Fill with ice and stir gently, then add the candy cane and serve!

Iced Mint Protein Mochas
I know what you’re thinking, iced coffee in winter!? But heat doesn’t come to mind when thinking of cocktails unless it’s about the weather! So sure you can have these steaming, but we’re making mocktails, not cocoa.
Again, the choice is entirely up to you, and these will be just as delicious hot as they are cold. How could they not be? There is no better combination than mint and chocolate!
What You’ll Need:
- 1 cup chilled coffee
- 1 cup almond milk
- 5-6 mint leaves
- One scoop chocolate Primal Fuel
- One heaping tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- Five drops of stevia (optional)
- One tablespoon raw honey
- extra mint leaves to garnish
- 1 cup of ice cubes
Let’s Do It!
- Place all ingredients (except garnishing mint leaves and ice cubes) in a blender and blend until well blended. You want to make sure that no chunky mint leaves are remaining.
- Place ice into two cups, pour the mocha mixture into the cups and garnish with mint leaves. And cute straws.

- grenadine
- 7Up
- maraschino cherries
- ice

- Pour grenadine over ice
- Top with 7Up
- Garnish with maraschino cherries if desired

This is a fun one and impressive to make friends! Its distinct green colouring is perfect for Christmas parties, and who doesn’t love the movie!?
To brighten up your holiday with this vivid seasonal beverage (and you’ll love it so much, you’ll probably drink it the year through!)
What You’ll Need:
- Two .13oz packets Unsweetened Lemon-Lime Kool-Aid
- 2 Cups Sugar
- 1 12oz Can Pineapple Juice
- 1 12oz Frozen Lemonade Concentrate, thawed
- 1/2 litre of Sprite
- Ice
- Red Sanding Sugar for Glass Trim
Let’s Do It!
- Pour 2 quarts of water into a 1-gallon pitcher.
- Add the Kool-aid mix and sugar and stir until the sugar is dissolved.
- Add the pineapple juice and lemonade and go well.
- To top the rim of a glass, dip the tip in water, then dip into the sanding sugar.
- Just before serving, add the Sprite and ice.

Cranberry Fizz
This is one to try for those of you who like a bit of sophistication!
Classy and elegant, its festive red hue is perfect for the season. Not to mention that cranberries are as synonymous with Christmas as gingerbread!
What You’ll Need:
- 3 ounces of sparkling cider or ginger ale
- 3 ounces of cranapple juice
- splash of lemon or lime juice
- Three tablespoons of sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon thoroughly blended
- ice
Let’s Do It!
- Rub a lemon or lime around the rim of your glass and then dip into the sugar/cinnamon mix.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Add the cranapple.
- Add a splash of fresh lemon juice or lime.
- Top off with sparkling cider or ginger ale.
