  • Avoid exercising late at night as this does not stimulate adrenaline secretion and increases the heart rate, which makes sleep difficult and may cause stress the next day.


Improve immunity with diet and supplements.

Your body needs multivitamins such as E, A or B complex and the widely known vitamin C, which is found in fruits and vegetables, such as iron, zinc or selenium. These vitamins are found in meat, fish or eggs, flavonoids, antioxidants found in many vegetables, supplements, and nutrients essential for the body’s proper functioning, thus keeping our defences high.
