The ability of your unconscious mind is excellent beyond what you think it is. Many experts claim that almost all of us only use ten percent of your subconscious mind. Another aspect of the mind that requires clarifying is the difference between “brain” and “mind.”
The brain is the fact three-pound organ in your mind. The “mind” is something bigger plus more elusive. There is a huge difference between brain and brain, and there are books that go into complex information on these differences. From a European viewpoint, the brain is the physical anatomy, and your brain is what the mind generates through its activity.
From an Eastern perspective, some say, your brain is the foundation of the thoughts offered to the brain. For the purpose of this program, the difference does not matter so the words, “brain” and “mind,” are used interchangeably. To be able to harness the entire power of your unconscious brain, you must first understand how it works, and what it is trying to tell you.
The capability of the subconscious mind is nearly unlimited. It is essentially a never-ending memory standard bank that once and for all stores everything that ever happened in your daily life. Mind-boggling, right? With all those experiences, relationships, meetings, introductions, highs and lows, how on earth are we likely to rely on our mindful mind solely? Well, we cannot. That is why our subconscious is so vastly important.
